Welcome to Pause! By accessing or using the Pause application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
By using Pause, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of the organization.
Pause is a productivity and focus enhancement app designed to help users manage their screen time by temporarily blocking access to distracting applications and providing time management tools. The App offers both free and premium features, which may include functionalities like app blocking, screen time tracking, and custom focus timers.
3.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Pause grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not: (i) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (iii) use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
4.1 Free and Premium Access
Pause offers both free and premium access to its features. Premium features are available through subscription plans, which are auto-renewable on a monthly or annual basis.
4.2 Subscription Terms
